On October 10, 2013, in the "LIRIA" Building, in the framework of the European Union Projects for Higher Education, a contact seminar was organized with the theme "Swedish - Western Balkans Contact Seminar", which aims to increase further cooperation in the field of Higher education between Swedish and Albanian-speaking institutions.

Academic representatives of higher education institutions from Sweden, Albania and Kosovo participated in this meeting, organized by the Swedish Council of Higher Education, the Tempus Office in Albania and the University of Tirana.
