In the next meeting of young lecturers of the University of Tirana and Professor Laura Baecher, in the framework of continued professional development, this initiative was taken by the "Virtual Center" of UT, with the aim of improving knowledge, attitudes, values ​​and skills of the teachers of this institution.

Throughout the discussion it was emphasized that active learning is an approach to the teaching and learning process that involves active engagement of students with course material through discussions, problem solving, case studies, research, data collection and analysis, presentation, games with roles and other methods.

The participants were engaged in various activities which made the whole activity quite interesting and attractive.
