Career Office, Faculty of Social Sciences, in cooperation with the organization "Action Plus", on 20/01/2015 in the premises of this faculty, organized the training:

"Human Rights, Media and Substance Use"

This training consists in informing and sensitizing students about the social problems of our society and the possibilities for their solution. The purpose of this activity was to inform students about the social problems of society, sensitize them and how they can contribute to lowering their level.

In the premises where the training took place, there was participation and interest from the students of Sociology and Psychology. Among other things, the factors affecting issues such as:

1- The situation in Albania regarding the use and abuse of drugs, trends and impact.

2- Harm Reduction Strategies and approaches

3- Medicinal and psycho-social therapy

4- Criminal Code, Drug Law and Policies in the world and Albania

The representatives of the "Aksion Plus" organization presented their program, the possibilities of teaching practice and internships for FSHS students.

Also, a more detailed information was given about the "Aksion Plus" organization, their establishment and scope, campaigns and initiatives undertaken to sensitize the society and student volunteers.

The informative session took place in the form of a conversation where the students had the opportunity to receive answers to the questions directed by them.
