The University of Tirana, in fulfillment of the contractual obligations arising from the Service Contract No. 2448/1 Prot., dated 10.07.2026, with the University of Tirana and the Pre-University Education Quality Assurance Agency regarding the provision of expertise services in the implementation of the "Implementation and Performance Monitoring Plan for Smart Laboratories", the GOVTECH project, with the specific objectives: Building the management capacities of school principals and digital employees for the use of SmartLabs; Implementing the ICT curriculum and assessing student results in the ICT subject for grades I-III and the professional development of ICT teachers; Implementing digital skills in other subjects and the professional development of primary education teachers, seeks to engage external collaborators in the capacity of experts.

The expert is expected to cooperate in fulfilling the following tasks:

Test correction, assessment of third grade students with post-test, between an instrument according to achievement levels for the 2025-2026 school year.

 

Required qualifications for experts in this call:

 

-Have completed higher education in the field of teaching.

-Have experience in teaching in pre-university education.

-Have experience in organizing and administering evaluation processes in school.

-To have knowledge of the curriculum of the subject of Information and Communication Technology in primary education.

-Have experience in the field of classroom assessment.

-Have experience in projects and activities related to the professional development of teachers in pre-university education.

-Be a qualified Teacher with at least a "Very Good" rating at the qualification levels.

-Proficient in English.

 

Other requirements:

 

-Availability to work on weekends.

-Willingness to move outside of Tirana.

-Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office and the G-Suite platform.

-Good collaborative and communication skills.

-Outstanding teamwork skills.
