The topic of the project is related to civic education with the aim of developing activities that influence a more civic formation and activation of young people at the regional level. The project is based on several axes:
- Formation on civic education in the countries of the consortium, creation of participating poles in each University;
- Analysis of the situation in order to coordinate the actions taken in the context where they should be implemented:
- Analysis of the context for each university;
- Creation of working groups by young people;
- Determining the topics of the debates;
- Organization of meetings, round tables, creation of debate clubs for civic education
- Analysis of issues related to the current challenges of civic education and project perspectives
The project is part of the four objectives of progressive sustainable development (quality education, sustainable cities and communities, peace, justice). It can also have a positive impact on the realization of the strategic objectives of the UN and ODD in aspects such as gender equality, reducing inequality, improving culture in general and civic culture in particular.
