In this training they were presented base theoretical of the learning process, appropriate learning theories and models were identified, as well as the way how the principles of the theories can be applied in different teaching techniques.

During this sessionlecturers addressed these key concepts:

• Learning process, learning styles

• Learning theories and models

• Express thinking, critical thinking

• Student motivation

• Mentoring students

Also, was discussed how to plan more effective teaching in order to create motivating environments for students. At the end of the training, we learned how to use the recommended literature according to specific issues.
