Purpose: The purpose of this study is to look at the current impact of migration on the labor force and their gender structure, according to fields, according to professions and according to territorial distribution, as well as to draw relevant conclusions and give concrete recommendations for mitigating the intensity of migration on the one hand and for mitigating the impact of migration on the labor force and on the need of businesses for labor force, especially qualified labor force;
