UNINOVIS Workshop in Tirana: coordination, communication and long-term vision 2026–2030
The University of Tirana welcomed the organization of Management Committee UNINOVIS Workshop, a strategic activity dedicated to reflecting on the first year of implementation of the UNINOVIS Alliance and planning the next phase of its development.
The workshop aimed to:
- assessing the progress of inter-institutional cooperation and coordination;
- identifying key operational and structural challenges;
- improving work and communication processes and decision-making levels;
- as well as strengthening coherence at the alliance level.
Particular attention was paid to issues of alliance governance, intercultural cooperation, building trust and collective responsibility between partners, as well as ensuring the sustainability of UNINOVIS beyond Erasmus+ funding.
The workshop concluded with a discussion of UNINOVIS' long-term strategy for the period 2026–2030, addressing sustainability aspects beyond Erasmus+ funding, developing innovative mobility formats and moving from strategic vision to concrete action steps.
