UNINOVIS Workshop in Tirana: coordination, communication and long-term vision 2026–2030
The University of Tirana welcomed the organization of the Management Committee UNINOVIS Workshop, a strategic activity dedicated to reflecting on the first year of implementation of the UNINOVIS Alliance and planning the next phase of its development.
The workshop aimed to:
- assessing the progress of inter-institutional cooperation and coordination,
- identifying key operational and structural challenges,
- improving work and communication processes and decision-making levels,
- as well as strengthening coherence at the alliance level.
Particular attention was paid to issues of alliance governance, intercultural cooperation, trust-building and collective responsibility among partners., as well as ensuring the sustainability of UNINOVIS beyond Erasmus+ funding.
The workshop concluded with a discussion of UNINOVIS' long-term strategy for the period 2026–2030, addressing aspects of sustainability beyond Erasmus+ funding, the development of innovative mobility formats, and the transition from strategic vision to concrete action steps.
