The delegation of the University of Tirana, led by the Rector Prof. Dr. Artan Hoxha, following his visit to China, held an official meeting at the Beijing Foreign Studies University (BFSU). During the meeting with the Secretary of BFSU, Wang Dinghua, opportunities for deepening cooperation in the field of education and scientific research, with a focus on the Albanian language and multidisciplinary teaching, were discussed. The parties expressed their willingness to increase academic exchanges and expand areas of cooperation between the two universities, further promoting friendship and cooperation between Albania and China.

The meeting was attended by deans and professors from the University of Tirana, the director of the Confucius Institute at UT, and the rector of the Polytechnic University of Tirana, Prof. Dr. Akli Fundo. From the Chinese side, Ms. Jin Limin, director of the Confucius Institute Office at BFSU, Ms. Ke Jing, dean of the School of European Languages ​​and Cultures, as well as other senior representatives of the university, were present.
