UT, 12 thousand students in a joint graduation ceremony!
Over 12 thousand students from 7 constituent units of the University of Tirana graduated last night in a joint ceremony at the "Air Albania" Stadium. The students had graduated in the academic years 2020-2021 and 2021-2022. Earlier, for three years in a row, no graduation ceremonies were held due to the restrictive conditions imposed by the coronavirus pandemic.
Rector of the University of Tirana, Prof. Dr. Artan Hoxha called the ceremony a great celebration for the graduating students, their families and the university itself. He emphasized that UT is the largest institution of higher education, while its students are a model of Albanian youth, whom he invited to work to serve their country, to make it better and more beautiful.
A special guest at this ceremony, the former High Representative for Foreign Policy of the EU, Federika Mogherini, welcomed the ceremony saying that this youth is the one who will have to take the baton of the country's leadership and lead it towards the goal. common, EU integration. Even the students who greeted at the ceremony appealed to their peers to continue studying even after graduation, to serve their professional and academic training.
