During this meeting, where the Vice Chancellor of the University of Tirana, Prof. Assoc. Dr. Bernard Dosti, Director of the National Council of Montenegro, Mr. Faik Nika and Director of Minorities of Montenegro, Mr. Arben Xhurreta, it was discussed about the good relationship between the two countries, the strengthening of cooperation in the field of higher education and the application in projects of common interest.
