Purpose: The project presents a taxonomic, ecological and ethnofaunistic assessment of the Species of the Order Orthoptera, Latreaille, 1793 (Grasshoppers) of the Class Insecta, Type Arthropoda in the natural habitats of the Vlora area, as a support for doctoral studies in the "Biological Sciences" subfield. The project will also assess the ethno-ethnomolgic aspect of this order, with bio-social data, aiming to know the world of insects within a socio-cultural context, influencing the preservation of the bio-cultural heritage of the area;
