Innovation Camp Workshop – Dialogue Peer Learning from Finland in Tirana

April 20 -24, 2026

About the activity

Workshop Innovation Camp – Dialogue is an intensive one-week activity that brings together students from the University of Tirana and a group of lecturers and students from VETO, Finland, to share their experience and expertise on dialogue, teamwork and systems thinking. VETO is an innovative online learning-based study program at Tampere University of Applied Sciences, Finland.

This workshop offers a unique opportunity to learn directly from peers whose academic training is based entirely on the skills that will be addressed during the week: dialogue, team learning, and systemic thinking.

Through interactive activities and a shared group project, participants will develop practical skills that are increasingly in demand in both academic and professional environments.

Dialogue skills — structured techniques for meaningful and productive communications in study and work environments, facilitated by students who practice these methods in everyday life.

Team learning — collaborative methods directly inspired by the VETO curriculum at TAMK, one of the most innovative study programs in Finland.

Systems thinking — a broader approach to complex problems and strategic ways to analyze and address them.

International connections — exchanges of experiences between students from Finland and partner universities within the UNINOVIS Alliance.

Practical project work — a student-led assignment that takes place over the last few days of the week.

The activity is jointly organized by the University of Tirana and VETO students from TAMK, as part of the broader cooperation within the UNINOVIS Alliance.
