The next workshop in the framework of professional development

The Faculty of Natural Sciences, of the University of Tirana, welcomed the new lecturers from the various faculties of this institution, to continue with the next workshop in the series of workshops that is being developed within the framework of continued professional development.

The Deputy Rector of UT, Prof. participated in this session. Assoc. Dr. Anila Paparisto and the head of the Pedagogy-Psychology department, Prof. Assoc. Dr. Arjana Muçaj who highlighted the importance of mastering the competencies of psycho-pedagogical training in the exercise of the teaching profession. Also Prof. Assoc. Dr. Gerda Sula, Prof. Assoc. Dr. Eralda Žilla, Prof. Assoc. Dr. Eglantina Dervishi and Dr. Valbona Habili makes a presentation of the modules that will be in the following weeks. 

Then following this session, the participants together with the leader of the session Prof. Assoc. Dr. Leticja Gusho discussed and argued the importance of using different assessment techniques in the classroom, with the main purpose of using it to encourage and motivate students.
