The ecouragement of regional cooperation to harmonize the potentials of research staff and to further raise awareness of research principles.

A series of activities were undertaken for the achievement of the above goals starting from the preparation or improvement of a series of bylaws and relevant documents related to scientific research as well as through various trainings. The trainings were conducted for administrative staff, research staff and new lecturers. Following the training visits to partner universities in Europe, the Consortium prepared an action plan to improve and expand the potential role of research staff. The project has provided the necessary equipment and software to more effectively support research staff.
