In this meeting, Mr. Konstantinos Karamousalis, advisor at the Greek Embassy, Prof Assoc Dr Bernard Dosti, Vice Rector of the University of Tirana, and Ms. Bruna Nicka, Director of the External Affairs and Projects Directorate, were present.
During the meeting, the Rector and Ambassador commended the progress of the cooperation between the University of Tirana and Greek universities and discussed the opportunities of potentially further extending cooperation in the future.
Furthermore, there were discussions on opportunities to increase staff and student exchange between the two countries in the framework of the Erasmus+ (KA01) programme, engage in projects seeking capacity building, curriculum modernization and the provision of joint programmes and collaborations in international science and research projects.
The Rector ensured the Greek Ambassador on the interest of the University of Tirana for more interaction and the UT’s institutional support for commitment in joint projects with Greek universities in areas of common interest.
