The project’s general objective is to contribute in the understanding of history and diversity by citizens. 

Specific purposes are related to awareness raising on ‘historical memory’, common history, EU’s values and purposes to promote peace, its values and the welfare of its citizens by stimulating debate, reflection and networking.  

The target is to explore civil participation during the period of Enver Hoxha’s totalitarian regime as a need to address past history
