The launching day was attended by the University of Tirana Rector, Prof. Dr. Mynyr Koni, the University of Tirana Vice-Rector Dr. Gentiana Kera, the Dean of the Faculty of History and Philology, Prof. Dr. Sabri Laçi, History Department Head Assoc. Prof. Dr. Eva Hyskaj, OSCE Deputy Ambassador to Albania Mr. Robert Wilton, Turkish Ambassador to Tirana Mr. Murat A.Yoruk, “Yunus Emre” Turkish Language and Culture Institute representatives, Alexander S. Onassis Foundation representatives, as well as representatives of the National Bank of Greece Cultural Foundation.

In his speech, the University of Tirana Rector, Prof. Dr. Mynyr Koni greeted those attending the activities and expressed his support to such events.
